During your visit to Rocky Mountain National Park you'll likely spend time in one of the towns surrounding the park such as Grand Lake or Estes Park. Each town has something to offer and has its own unique feel to it. Using the guide below you can discover the opportunities offered to you as far as entertainment, dining, shopping, lodging and more. For those of you who've never been to Rocky Mountain National Park, or are unfamiliar with the area, we also have great directions on how to get to RMNP!

Lodging -McGregor Mountain Lodge - Estes Park, Colorado

Need help finding a perfect fit for your stay while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park? Cabins, cottages, suites, condos, real estate rental, and time shares. We'll help you find a great place to stay!

When looking for a place to stay consider the following:

  • Cleanliness
  • Types of accomodations, i.e. cottages, rooms, and/or suites
  • Friendliness of staff
  • Knowledgeable staff - How much do they know about what you're interested in, i.e. hiking, family activities, laws/regulations, etc?
  • Amenities, ex. hot tubs, pool, restaurant, playground, etc
  • Location - scenery, view, river, close to shopping, close to RMNP, etc
  • Rates
  • Activities - hiking from property, wildlife on property, close to town, close to park, nearby shopping, etc
